PapayaSpot is a service provided by Juan Peñuelas Martínez, with NIF (Spanish Tax ID) 03132912J, located at Calle Carnavajo 17, 19290 Fontanar, Guadalajara, Spain. Contact: info@papayaspot.com. In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI).
By using PapayaSpot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
PapayaSpot is a SaaS parking spot management platform for businesses. It allows you to book, manage, and organize the use of available parking spots. The service is available as a web application, iOS, and Android.
PapayaSpot offers a 14-day free trial with all features (up to 100 spots). After the trial, the Pro plan costs €39/month (excl. VAT). Payment is processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or manipulate the booking system.
When a company subscribes to PapayaSpot, it acts as the data controller for its employees' data, and PapayaSpot acts as the data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. PapayaSpot commits to: processing data only according to the controller's instructions; ensuring confidentiality; implementing appropriate security measures; notifying any data breach within 72 hours; returning or deleting data upon termination of the service; and cooperating with compliance audits.
We strive to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
All content, design, and code of PapayaSpot is the property of Juan Peñuelas Martínez and is protected by intellectual property laws.
PapayaSpot's maximum liability to the customer is limited to the total fees paid during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. PapayaSpot shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from the app (Profile > Delete account). Billing data will be retained in compliance with tax regulations.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Guadalajara, Spain.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through the platform and by email.
